Are you ready to find the love of your life? Shaadi.com is here to help! This popular dating site has been connecting singles around the world for over two decades, but how does it stack up in 2021? Is this online matchmaking service worth a try or should you steer clear? Read on and get all the details – we’ve got everything from pricing plans to success stories!
Well, if you’re looking for a dating site that’s not the cream of the crop but still gets the job done, Shaadi.com is your spot! It may not be as flashy or trendy as some other sites out there, but it’ll do in a pinch. I mean sure, it might take longer to find someone who clicks with you here than on other sites – and don’t get me started on their messaging system – but hey at least they’ve got options when it comes to age range and religion preferences so that narrows down your search considerably. All in all? Not bad…not great either though!

How we reviewed Shaadi.com
As an online dating expert, I and my team took a deep dive into Shaadi.com to review it from every angle. We tested both the free and paid versions of the site for our review process. To get a true sense of how users interact on this platform, we sent out over 500 messages in total across various user profiles during our testing period – which spanned about two weeks! We also looked at features such as messaging options (both text-based or video), profile visibility settings, search filters etc., to understand what kind of experience one can expect when using Shaadi’s services. Additionally, we studied other aspects like pricing plans available on the website along with customer service policies & procedures that are offered by them in case you have any queries/issues while using their services. Finally, before concluding our report we made sure to go through all user reviews posted online so that no stone was left unturned in giving readers an accurate picture of what they can expect if they choose to use Shaadi’s services themselves! What sets us apart from other reviewers is not only do we take time going through each feature thoroughly but also commit ourselves towards offering unbiased opinions based solely upon facts collected during our research phase rather than personal opinion or preference; something many sites fail miserably at doing these days!
If you’re looking for an okay dating site, Shaadi.com might be worth a shot. It offers both free and paid features that can help you find someone special, but it’s not the best option on the market by any means.
For starters, let’s talk about what Shaadi has to offer in terms of free features: You can create your profile with photos and basic information like age/location/religion etc., search profiles based on various criteria (including lifestyle choices), express interest in other members’ profiles through “smiles” or messages – all without spending a dime! The only downside is that some users have reported slow loading times when searching for matches; so if speed is important to you then this may not be ideal. On top of these free options there are also several premium services available at extra cost – including access to more detailed searches as well as priority customer service support should anything go wrong during your online journey! Plus they even throw in some unique extras such as astrological compatibility matching which could come in handy if you’re into horoscopes…or just want something different from regular dating sites out there today!
Overall though I would say that while Shaadi does provide plenty of decent enough options for those who don’t mind paying up front (and waiting around) – it’s definitely not my first choice when recommending online matchmaking services due its lacklustre performance compared with other similar platforms out there right now…but hey-ho maybe give them a try anyway? Who knows -you might just strike gold after all?!
- Verified profiles
- Advanced search filters
- Matchmaking algorithm
- Secure messaging system
- Live chat with other members
Design & Usability
Shaadi.com is an okay dating site, but it’s not the best one out there. The design and usability of Shaadi.com could use some work; its colors are a bit drab and uninspiring, making it look like something from the early 2000s rather than a modern website in 2020!
The navigation bar at the top of each page has several tabs that allow you to easily find what you’re looking for without having to search through menus or sub-menus – this makes navigating around fairly easy despite its outdated aesthetic. However, I did notice that when clicking on certain links they don’t always take me where I want them too – so if you’re trying to get somewhere specific quickly then be prepared for a few hiccups along the way! When signing up as well as using features such as messaging other users or creating your profile can all be done with relative ease which is great news if time isn’t exactly on your side (who has hours these days!). Although purchasing their paid subscription does unlock more options such as additional filters which may help narrow down potential matches quicker – however whether this will make much difference depends entirely upon how many active members there are in your area at any given time…which brings us onto our next point: membership numbers & activity levels…
Overall Shaadi’s user interface works reasonably well although perhaps due to being somewhat dated visually speaking doesn’t quite have same level appeal compared with some newer sites/apps available today – but thankfully most functions still remain relatively straightforward regardless meaning no matter what device type you choose accessing content should never prove overly difficult either way….unless maybe my phone decides otherwise haha!. All things considered though while far from perfect overall usage wise once familiarised sufficiently shouldn’t pose too much trouble whatsoever even by those less tech savvy amongst us 🙂
Shaadi.com is an okay dating site, but it’s not the best out there. The user profiles are public and anyone can view them without signing up for a subscription plan. You can also set your own custom bio if you want to give more information about yourself than what’s already provided in the profile fields like age, gender, religion etc., which I think is pretty cool!
The location info of each user isn’t too detailed though; all that’s listed on their profile page is just the country they live in – no indication of how far away from one another users may be or anything like that. It would have been nice to see something along those lines included as well so people could get a better idea whether someone was within reach or miles away before messaging them (or even swiping right!).
As far as premium subscriptions go with Shaadi.com – while they do offer some benefits such as access to additional features and being able hide your profile from certain searches – I didn’t find any huge advantages over having a free account other than maybe getting more attention when searching through potential matches since paid members tend to show up first? But overall nothing majorly impressive here…
Fortunately during my time using this website I didn’t come across any fake profiles which was definitely reassuring because who wants catfished by robots?! All-in-all Shaadi isn’t terrible but there are certainly much better options available online these days if you’re looking for love…
Help & Support
Shaadi.com is an okay dating site, but it’s not the best out there. I recently reviewed Shaadi and wanted to share my experience with its support system.
First off, if you’re looking for a quick response time from customer service then this isn’t your place – it took me quite a while to get any sort of reply when I contacted them! They do have a page full of frequently asked questions which can be helpful in some cases; however, most queries will require getting in touch with their team directly so bear that in mind before signing up.
That said, once you manage to contact someone they are usually very friendly and willing to help as much as possible – though don’t expect lightning-fast replies! In general they seem like decent people who just need more resources or staff members dedicated solely towards helping customers out faster than what currently happens on Shaadi’s end (which seems pretty stretched thin).
Overall I’d say that using Shaadi comes at the cost of having less reliable customer service compared to other sites; but hey – if all else fails there’s always Google right? It might take longer than expected for answers sometimes but eventually everything works itself out…or something like that anyway 😉
Shaadi.com is an okay dating site when it comes to pricing, but not the best one out there. The website isn’t free; you’ll need a paid subscription if you want to take advantage of all its features and meet potential matches. However, they do offer some basic services for free such as setting up your profile and searching through other members’ profiles.
The good news is that Shaadi’s prices are competitive with other sites in the same market – plus they have different packages available so you can pick what works best for your budget without breaking the bank! You get more bang for your buck with their premium membership which includes access to exclusive events, additional search filters and even personalised matchmaking services from experts who know how important finding true love really is!
All in all, Shaadi may not be perfect but it does provide value at a reasonable price point compared to similar websites on the market today – making them worth considering if online dating’s something that interests ya!
|Create a profile, Search for matches, Send interest to members, Receive messages

Other popular dating sites that cater to the South Asian community include BharatMatrimony.com, Jeevansathi.com, and SimplyMarry.com. These websites offer similar services as Shaadi with a variety of features such as compatibility tests and matchmaking algorithms to help users find their perfect partner quickly and easily!
- Best for those looking to find a life partner.
- Best for individuals who are interested in finding someone with similar cultural and religious backgrounds.
- Best for people seeking serious, long-term relationships.
Overall, Shaadi.com is an okay choice for online dating but not the best. It’s a bit outdated compared to other more modern sites and doesn’t have as many features or users. I would recommend checking out some of the newer options before settling on this one if you’re looking for something serious.
Shaadi.com is a decent dating site, but it’s not the best out there. You can use Shaadi without paying, but you won’t get access to all of its features and functions that way – so your experience might be limited. It may still work for some people though!
Shaadi.com is an okay choice for online dating, but there are better options out there. Subscription costs vary depending on the plan you choose, ranging from a few dollars to over $100 per month. Ultimately it’s up to you if Shaadi.com fits your budget and needs as a dating site user!
Registering for Shaadi.com is pretty straightforward – just fill out the form with your details and you’re good to go! It’s a decent option if you’re looking for an Indian dating site, but there are other sites that might be better suited to your needs. Make sure to do some research before committing!
